It would be expected an initial breastfeeding consult would take approximately 1.5 hours and follow up appointments only 45mins.  Times in excess of this will incur an additional fee of $50/30mins.

Confirmation of an appointment with us requires completion of a comprehensive Intake Questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to our appointment time without exception. This gives us time to review your responses and plan our time together effectively. Incompletion of this WILL result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled. The questionnaire is simple and takes approximately 10-15 mins to complete. This is a small practice and as such, confirmation from clients is crucial to avoid unfairly missed revenue and inefficient use of consult time.
