Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Course (2 session dates)
Childbirth and Pregnancy does not have to be scary or serious! We know that being surrounded by positivity increases your endorphins and happy hormones. Endorphins are natures own pain relief - so lets use what nature gave us!
Labour can be beautiful, calm and enjoyable! Lets show you how to achieve the birth you want.
This course gives you and your birthing partner the skills to achieve a positive birth.
The full course consists of 12 hours of tuition in a small group setting over 2 full Sundays (6 hours per session).
• A deposit of $150 is due at booking, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the class commencing.
• Other configurations can be accommodated due to extenuating circumstances, partner works away etc– please contact us to discuss
• It is suggested to commence your course after 20 weeks gestation to give you time to practice your new Hypnobirthing Australia skills.
• Rebate with health funds may apply
Small groups - maximum of 8 couples.
Attendance on both days is required. 15/11/20 & 22/11/20 9-4pm each day
Optional Breastfeeding education class can added to the end of the class series to complete your pregnancy education needs (cost additional).
